The Babyloss Journal

A guided workbook and journal, with prompts, quotes and insights for baby loss mothers and fathers in any season of grief.

Co-designed by a psychologist, the workbook has been reviewed by mental health experts and other loss parents. The Workbook is a space to record your memories, to share your baby, and to inspire the act of journaling. It is intended to complement traditional therapy not to replace it.
